Range Description: This species is reported in Mesoamerica from the Central Panama lowlands; it is also present in Colombia. The range map for this species probably under-represents its distribution in Panama. In Colombia it is known from the Caribbean coast and the Uraba Gulf to the Magdalena valley, from 0–600 m asl.
