SCOPE
With a few exceptions, this bibliography covers work published from 1979 to 1983, references to which were obtained by: 1) searching the ASFA (Aquatic Sciences and Fisheries Abstracts) database; 2) correspondence with libraries, institutions and organizations in the latin American countries; 3) manuel searching of the ICMRD
